Either the Aprilia RSV Mille or the Ducati ST2. Both were essentially sportbikes that could be used for touring. I like that inbetween bike.

I regret very much selling it in 2017. When I dropped my Honda (and took my time getting it repaired), I had nothing to ride for 9 months.
