Myself, I'd possibly crop this portrait and scrap the right hand half .. or keep it as it is but use Photoshop to remove the unwanted rear end of a horse upper right .. but other than that its a lovely shot : )

thanks. I will keep in mind to use better cropping before I take my shots. I took this shot about 6 months ago before I really learned about cropping

don't be scared of photoshop either man .. one benefit of massive resolution is being able to crop; and using photoshop to correct things etc .. post-processing isn't cheating in any way; just making the best of ur images :)

ok cool, open source is good .. but I'm a massive photoshop fan; and its pretty affordable when u pay monthly .. I shoot raw so the first thing is the ability to change white balance and exposure settings; raw gives u massive scope for perfecting exposure .. and then photoshop itself is just a great program; highly recommended :)

ya I mean I would love to be able to use photoshop but to me there are way to many things and buttons on there that it confused me like crazy. Im already used to Gimp so I will stick to it. Thanks for the tips anyways
