I still cannot get over 'fake crab' there are millions of crabs everywhere why make a fake one? and you said Alaska Pollock fish, but Alaska has Giant crabs, so why not use them?

Yes I guess, I wonder .. does it taste like crab? Now I am wondering how does one make fish taste like crab, if they do this can they make goat taste like beef? because goat is easy to get here , beef very hard but I love beef.
